This policy explains what AZRAK collects when you shop with us and how we use it. We keep collection to the minimum needed to fulfil your order.

What we collect

To place and deliver an order we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address. For bank-transfer orders we store the payment-proof image you upload. We also log your IP address strictly for fraud prevention and rate-limiting.

How we use it

Your details are used to process, deliver and communicate about your order, and to protect the store from fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Payment data

We never collect or store card details. Payment is Cash on Delivery or manual bank transfer only. Bank-transfer proofs are held in private storage and reviewed by our team.

Retention

IP addresses are automatically purged after a short retention period. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the store: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), our hosting provider, and Cloudflare (security and content delivery). Your data is processed on our behalf under their security controls.
